Expansive Tunnel Networks[]
More efficient and reliable tunnels than any other civilization is capable of constructing. This advancement greatly aided the Grouwan in the construction of Arvic.
Grouwan Traits[]
Ability Score Increase. Your Constitution score increases by 2. Your Intelligence score increases by 1.
Age. Grouwans live short, intense lives, usually reaching adulthood at 3 years old and ending their lives at 19 on average.
Alignment. Grouwans care deeply for creatures and people of the land, tending toward a good alignment.
Size. Standing between 3 and 4 feet tall and about 60 pounds. Your size is Small.
Speed. Your base walking speed is 25 feet. Your base burrowing speed is 25 feet.
Tremorsense. Being adapted to an underground environment, Grouwans are able to detect moving creatures in contact with the same solid object as the Grouwan in a radius of 60 feet.
Blind. Grouwans are blind and automatically fail perception checks relying on sight. They are also immune to being blinded and do not get disadvantage attacking targets they cannot see if that target can be detected with tremorsense.
Quick Forager. Grouwans eat extremely quickly, being able to consume sustenance for an entire day in less than 3 seconds. You can consume potions and other edibles/drinkables once every turn without using an action.
