The Haglon are descendants of the Human people whom the god Haglaron captured to settle Haglondria, an archipelago he named in his own honor. The Haglon resemble slightly smaller versions of Haglaron himself: humanoid creatures with carp-like heads.
Haglon Traits Edit
Ability Score Increase. Your Wisdom score increases by 2. Your Constitution score increases by 1.
Age. Haglon age similarly to humans.
Alignment. Haglon tend toward a lawful alignment, following strict rules in a theocratic society.
Size. Haglon are slightly smaller than humans, rarely standing more than 5 feet tall.
Speed. Your base walking speed is 30 feet. Your base swimming speed is 20 feet.
Gills. The iconic carp heads of the Haglon people are not only aesthetically pleasing, they also allow for underwater breathing.
Innate Fishermen. Through a long history of surviving on the nearby fish populations, all Haglon have become proficient with spears, tridents and nets.
Haglaron's Chosen. Through their ancient gift provided by Haglaron, all Haglon are able to communicate simple ideas with all non-intelligent creatures of the seas.
